Shipping policy

SkinTrix ships across India. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders (unless stated otherwise during checkout)
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across India. COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment.
Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2–3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us at support@skintrix.in within 24 hours of delivery.
