At SkinTrix, we stand behind the quality of our LED Face Mask Therapy devices. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Product Variation & Results Disclaimer

LED light therapy devices involve technology that may exhibit minor variations in light intensity, colour wavelength perception, heat output, and fit across different units and skin types. Additionally, results from LED face mask therapy vary from person to person depending on skin type, skin condition, frequency of use, and individual biology. The following are not considered defects and will not be grounds for return or refund:

  • Slight differences in perceived light colour or brightness (minor batch-to-batch variation in LEDs is normal)
  • Mild warmth or tingling sensation during use (this is expected and normal)
  • Variation in results or speed of results between users
  • Personal dissatisfaction with skincare outcomes, as results depend on consistent and correct usage
  • Differences in fit or comfort due to individual facial structure

Please note — Cable vs. Battery Variant: Our LED face mask may be powered via a USB cable or a built-in rechargeable battery. Either variant may be dispatched depending on stock availability. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they may receive either a cable-powered or battery-powered unit. No return, refund, or exchange will be entertained on the basis of which power variant was received. Both variants offer the same LED therapy functionality and quality.

We strongly encourage you to review the product specifications, usage instructions, and expected results before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The device received is physically damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The device is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, and manuals intact

Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@skintrix.in with your order number and clear photographs/video of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Devices that have been used even once (for hygiene reasons, used LED masks cannot be resold)
  • Devices with broken seals, missing accessories, cables, or manuals
  • Devices returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, water exposure beyond stated waterproofing limits, or use with incompatible power sources
  • Returns based on personal dissatisfaction with skincare results, as outcomes vary by individual
  • Returns based on minor variations in light intensity, colour, or warmth — these are normal characteristics of LED technology and not manufacturing defects

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • UPI/Card payments: Refund to original source
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (you will need to share bank details)

Warranty

Our LED Face Mask Therapy devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, physical damage, or water damage beyond the stated rating. To claim warranty service, contact us at support@skintrix.in.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, email support@skintrix.in immediately after placing the order.
